This book starts in Q4 2019, just before the pandemic, and follows the journey building a real estate portfolio during the pandemic. The reason we published this book was to show how critically important it is to change parts of your business model to match the reality of the marketplace.
Many businesses failed during the pandemic, few thrived.
What made the pandemic so interesting is that inside of 18 months we experienced three distinct market shifts, pre, during and post pandemic.
It was fascinating to watch businesses thrive during the pandemic only to fail once the pandemic ended. The Mr Texas Real Estate Team was one of the few companies that thrived in all three market shifts.
