I was driving home from the gym and had this thought. Why are people who’ve been doing real estate for decades not more successful? I meet a lot of investors who been investing for decades and a scant few have large portfolios of leveraged or free and clear real estate.
I believe part of the problem is all these “smart” investors are too smart for their own good.
There are three critical components to investing.
- Buy
- Wait
- Sell
The most powerful part of investing is the part that has nothing to do with how good or smart you are. Investing is as simple is buying a piece of real estate and do nothing until its worth more. Watch the show on YouTube – I talk more about the biggest mistake all investors make – being to smart.
